Team Fortress 2 Season 4 Registration - July 26th Deadline

Registration for Team Fortress 2 Season 4 has been extended until Sunday, July 26th at midnight. Preseason will still begin as scheduled with the first matches being played Thursday, July 23rd. As stated below, team rosters will remain open for the duration of the preseason for any teams that may still need to make changes.

If you are new to CEVO you will need to download and install the CMN3. You must be running the CMN3 during all matches. You can download the CMN3 here: http://cevo.com/index.php?page=account&func=cmn.

Also, please make sure that you have the updated server config uploaded to your private servers, there have been a few changes over the past few seasons. You can download the updated server config file here: http://cevo.com/FILES/cevo_tf2_servers_configs.zip.

Map Rotation:

Preseason 1 - cp_gullywash_rc6
Preseason 2 - cp_generator_b4b

Week 1 - cp_follower
Week 2 - cp_well
Week 3 - cp_yukon (officially released by valve 8/13/09)
Week 4 - cp_badlands
Week 5 - ctf_turbine
Week 6 - cp_granary
Week 7 - cp_gravelpit
Week 8 - cp_badlands

OOW - cp_gravelpit

OOW (Out of Week) makeup matches are scheduled when two teams need makeups from different weeks and have no one to play against that has a FFW on the same map. Teams that are scheduled OOW matches throughout the season are allowed to play on any map that the two teams can agree on. If the two teams cannot agree on a specific map, then cp_gravelpit will be used.

Roster Locks:

Rosters will remain open all throughout the preseason until Sunday, July 26th. After the regular season begins, rosters will be open every week from 12:00 AM Friday - 11:59 PM Sunday. Remember, any time the rosters are locked we will NOT move you from one roster to another UNLESS your opponent(s) approve.

Main Division Information:

With season 4 comes the addition of the TF2 Main division. Teams may apply for a spot in the main division if they feel they are qualified. Applications are now live and can be found in your captains control panel. In the event that you are unfamiliar with the application process, just follow these simple steps:

  • Sign up your team in CEVO-FREE.
  • Get a minimum of 5 roster players (@ready).
  • Captains will then see a Main application under their Control Panel.
  • Simply fill out the application and submit.

Application move-ups will occur on Monday, July 27th, 2009. CEVO Staff will be contacting teams who have earned a spot in Main via email and/or IRC on that date. If you have any questions regarding the application process, feel free to contact CEVO Support at http://support.cevo.com.

I have downloaded follower, yukon, and freight but when I tried to download generator and gullywash because they're RAR files. Any suggestions?

You have to extract them with WinRAR and then place the .bsp files in your maps folder.
