Counter-Strike Source Rush Tournament

CEVO is proud to announce the opening of its first Counter-Strike Source Rush Tournament with over $1500 worth of prizes for the top three teams. The tournament is open to the first 32 teams to register. There is a registration fee of $5 per player. A player is considered @ready when he/she has paid the entry fee and has correctly entered their SteamID into their CEVO Account. Once a team has 5 players @ready, the team will be considered ready for the tournament.

Registration for the tournament opens Thursday, January 7th and will close as soon as 32 teams are fully paid. This tournament will last two weeks starting on Tuesday, February 16th and ending with the finals on Wednesday, Februrary 24th. Teams are to make sure they can make the listed schedule before signing up. There will be no extensions during this tournament and no refunds once matches begin. Teams are encouraged to have at least six members on their roster and are recommended to have an extra seventh backup player since the schedule is rushed.

Dispute Guidelines:

At the conclusion of each match, teams will have one (1) hour to dispute the match. Teams are allowed to dispute a maximum of two (2) players on the opposing team but with each disputed player there MUST be a detailed description or the dispute will be voided.

Rules:

All CEVO Counter-Strike Source rules apply to this tournament including the current zBlock rules. All CEVO configs will remain the same and teams are required to have proper configs PRIOR to the start of any official CEVO match.

With all that being said, I would like to wish all competing teams the best of luck and we here at CEVO look forward to a new series of rush tournaments in 2010.
