Subject pretty much speaks for itself.
Here is the link to get a hold of the gui to check.

It changes a few things visually in Source unlike its 1.6 counterpart.
In Source it changes the Chat and Kill Texts to match 1.5/1.6 making them slightly more visible.
I didnt see much else that could possibly make it illegal. but would still like an admin's answer.

I am not an admin, but I was talking to one a couple days ago about the roccat gui. I am also using it, and he said its fine as long as it doesn't have anything that would give the player an advantage(Cheats,etc.).
