This will be the new official CS:Source recruitment thread meant to provide a more organized way of finding a team.
This will be replacing the old thread which was not divided up into seasons and made it difficult to comprehend.

I am looking to pick up one starter.
1. you must be 21 or older
2. you must be able to attend LANs (we will be attending LANs in 2008)
3. be pacific or central with a great conection
4. you must be willing to check your ego at the door...this is a team atmosphere.
5. you must be a nice person
6. you must be dedicated and reliable
7. you must be a dominant fragger
8. have a good PC
Team Digital Uprising plays online as well as LAN. I provide a very structured evironment and dont promote or tollerate disrespect to teammates or other teams. If you are interested in playing for me, those who are known for their teamwork, reliability, skill and good character are most likely to be a good fit on this team. If you were a member of a top team that has disassembled or otherwise disbanded and fit the criteria above, you may be a good fit. If you are a top member of a good team, but are tired of immature teammates, arguing and overall lack of leadership and structure, you might be a good fit. I practice 5 nights a week for 3+ hours per night and my guys don't miss practice (other than the occasional emergency). Be prepared and be serious.

Other information: Just looking for a cevo team to play on. I can only play monday thru thursday, I work weekends late night and wont be home until after 12 or so at night on these nights. On Monday through Thursday I can play at nights or day if need be. I just want to play for cevo, I am still staying on my cal team as we are being moved up and I would like to stay on that team, which we will be looking for some more players for next season in cal-im. I guess a little info about my gameplay. Im not much of an awper, so dont expect that from me. I use rifles, and im not gonna bs you and tell you im amazing, but im decent i guess. Im not a strat caller, but I follow strats well. If any other information is needed, just let me know.

Team Role: I am able to create, revise, and call strats for every competitive map to date. I am willing to work with individual members of the team to improve playing style and shot to better the team overall. As a player I am able to handle critical choke points in the map, especially those that require long range guns. In past teams I am usually the one to get a strat started with either an opening pick or a key takeover. I listen and constantly strive to better myself as a player. The reason I am considering leaving my current team is simply because the other members do not put forth their best effort. I am really seeking a team that will look past a loss or missed shot and attempt to improve.

I live on the west coast of the United States but I am willing to play on Central/Atlantic teams, as I have before in the past with no problems.
Team Role: I am able to create, revise, and call strats for every competitive map to date. I am willing to work with individual members of the team to improve playing style and shot to better the team overall. In past teams I am usually the one to get a strat started with either an opening pick or a key takeover. I listen and constantly strive to better myself as a player. The reason I am considering leaving my current team is simply because the other members do not put forth their best effort. Past experience: I have been playing since about 1.3 but if you do the math i was like 10 years old back then. i played up until about when css came out then quit due to computer problems. I am back now playing as much as 5+ hours a day and looking to improve. i Have been on teams such as Total Chaos Gaming, Execute and a few more.
