Payment & Billing FAQ
How can I pay for CEVO?
Currently players are able to pay for CEVO in two ways. The first is the preferred way of payment via PayPal, which accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Debit (Bank Card). The only other way to pay for CEVO is by mail via Money Order. Please read the below for information on paying by Mail.
Paying by Money Order?
Players who wish to pay via Money Order need to mail their payment to:
CEVO, LLC
CYBER EVOLUTION
1112 Weldon Avenue
Baltimore, MD 21211
USA
Included with the Money Order MUST be the following information:
1) Your full name
2) Your CEVO username
3) Your team name
4) Your email address
NOTE: Payments via money order may take up to two weeks to be shown on the website.
DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL!
I have paid, but I'm still marked as not ready?
There are two possibilities:
A) You have not entered in your unique game id (SteamID, PBGUID, etc). You will not appear ready until you do this.
B) You paid using an e-check through PayPal. Most players don't know what this is, but if your PayPal account gets its money through your bank account, then PayPal has to send a request to your bank to get the money, which takes 3-5 days to clear, sometimes longer. If your account is tied through a credit card, then you shouldn't have this problem.
If you have paid using an echeck and have to play in a match before the time that your transaction has cleared, you can contact CEVO Support (
http://support.cevo.co.) and we can work something out.
I just sent in my Money Order, how long until I am marked @ready?
Money Orders can take up to two weeks to arrive and get processed. We always recommend players to use PayPal to pay for this very reason.
Can I pay for my entire team?
